AlSultanFood dried figs are imported from Türkiye, one of the world’s best-known producers of dried figs. Each fig is chosen for a good size and soft, generous flesh.
They taste naturally sweet, almost honey-like, with a chewy skin and tiny seeds that add a gentle crunch to every bite. No added sugar is needed to enjoy them.
Figs are mentioned in Islamic tradition and are a favourite in many Malaysian homes, especially during Ramadan and when guests come over.
Eat them as they are, slice them into oats or yogurt, or serve them with cheese and nuts on a sharing plate. They also bake beautifully into cakes and cookies.
Keep them in a cool, dry place and close the jar tightly after opening. For longer freshness, store them in the fridge.
