Olivko Duo 500ml: Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Everyday Cooking

The Olivko Duo 500ml is two bottles of extra virgin olive oil from Tunisia — a full litre for a kitchen that uses olive oil every day. It is the straightforward choice for anyone who already knows they want good olive oil on hand all month.

Why two 500ml bottles?

Olive oil is at its best when fresh. Once opened, it meets oxygen every time the cap comes off. A 500ml bottle is large enough for daily use but still finishes in reasonable time.

Storage

Keep both bottles somewhere cool and dark, away from the stove and sunlight. Close tightly after use, and open the second bottle only when the first is nearly finished. For shelf life, check the expiry date on the packaging.

A basic recipe: lemon and olive oil dressing

One simple dressing you can use all week on salads, boiled vegetables or grilled chicken.

2. 2Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
