Every Ramadan and Hari Raya, many Malaysian companies send gifts to clients, business partners and staff. A corporate dates hamper remains a favourite because it is meaningful, suits both Muslim and non-Muslim recipients, and can be enjoyed with the whole family. This guide offers dates hamper ideas by recipient and budget, plus how to plan a company order smoothly.
Why dates make a good corporate gift
- Meaningful. Dates are closely tied to Ramadan and the sunnah, so the gift feels sincere rather than a formality.
- Made for sharing. Recipients can enjoy them with family at iftar or when hosting Raya guests.
- Long-lasting. Dry dates store easily and do not spoil quickly like cake or kuih.
- Every budget. From a small 3-piece box to a 6-in-1 hamper, there is an option for every tier.
Corporate dates hamper ideas by recipient
For all staff: door gifts and tokens
If you are giving something to every staff member or every guest at a company iftar, choose something small but neat. The Premium Ajwa Gift Box, 7 & 3 pieces works well as a door gift, while the Ajwa Gift Box 250g gives a little more to take home.
For clients and business partners
For regular clients and partners, choose a bigger box with a premium look:
- Ajwa Gift Box 500g or 1kg — Madinah Ajwa in a neat box.
- Premium Medjool Gift Box — impressively large dates in Medium or Jumbo grade.
- Special Ramadan Gift Box, Ajwa & Medjool — two favourites in one box.
- Sunnah Gift Box Set D, Set E or Set F — dates with chocolate, nuts or dried fruit.

For senior management and key clients
For your most important recipients, a complete hamper leaves a lasting impression:
- Sunnah Gift Box Set A — Ajwa and Medjool dates, Madu Habbatussauda, raisins, dried fruit and nuts.
- Sunnah Gift Box Set B and Set C — Ajwa and Medjool dates, Madu Habbatussauda, olive oil, dried fruit and nuts.
- Super Jumbo Medjool Gift Box — for the very largest Medjool.
For recipients who love to cook
Pair dates with Olivko organic extra virgin olive oil from Tunisia, Halal recognised by JAKIM. Sets such as the Olivko Duo 500ml or the Rumah Sihat Set come with a free jar of Madu Habbatussauda — a practical gift that gets used every day.
How to plan a corporate dates hamper order
- List your recipients and split them into tiers — for example staff, clients and key clients.
- Set a budget per tier. That makes it easy to pick the right gift box for each group.
- Choose products for each tier. Current prices are shown on each product page.
- Fix the dates — when the gifts must arrive, and whether you will collect or need delivery.
- Contact us early for large quantities so stock and preparation time can be planned.
Common mistakes when choosing corporate hampers
- Ordering too late. Close to Ramadan, demand is high and some sizes or grades may run short.
- Choosing perishables. Cake and fresh kuih do not suit gifts that travel far or wait a few days. Dry dates, nuts and olive oil keep much longer.
- Missing recipient details. Prepare names, phone numbers and full addresses early if gifts need delivering.
- One size for everyone. A large hamper for every staff member strains the budget; a small one for a key client falls flat. Use tiers.
- Not checking contents. Know what is inside each set — look at the photos and contents on the product page before choosing.
When should you order?
Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around 8 February 2027, with Hari Raya Aidilfitri about a month later. Demand for dates gift boxes peaks a few weeks before Ramadan, so companies that plan early usually get more choice. Dates hampers also suit other occasions through the year — Maal Hijrah, Maulidur Rasul, product launches, or as staff appreciation gifts.
Year-round gifting also keeps your company in mind outside the festive season. A neat dates gift box suits new clients, partners visiting from abroad, or staff who hit their targets.
How to place a corporate order
There are two simple ways:
- Small to medium quantities — add them straight to the cart on our website and pay online by FPX or card (Billplz). Delivery is a flat RM9, free on orders from RM150.
- Large quantities — WhatsApp us on +60 17-581 0934 or fill in the form on our wholesale page with the products, quantities and dates you need. We will discuss your requirements and confirm the order on WhatsApp.
You can also collect your order in Seri Kembangan, Selangor — handy for Klang Valley companies picking up many boxes at once.
Delivery essentials
- Dry dates gift boxes and Sunnah Gift Boxes ship anywhere in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
- Frozen dates are not shipped to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan, so leave them out of hampers for recipients there.
- More details are on our delivery page.
Tips to make the gift more meaningful
- Add a short handwritten card from management.
- Give everyone in the same tier the same box, so nobody feels treated differently.
- For non-Muslim recipients, share a little about dates and the tradition of breaking the fast.
- Include a serving idea, such as Medjool served with nuts.
