Natural hazelnuts are whole hazelnuts taken out of the shell but with their brown skins still on — as shown in the photo. This is different from the blanched version, which has the skins removed.
Good for bakeries and cafés that roast or grind their own, chocolate and granola makers, and grocery shops, online sellers and hamper makers who repack. Their natural look also works well in jars and hampers.
