Chilli flakes are dried red chillies crushed into coarse flakes with their seeds. The photo shows the flakes in a bowl, with whole dried chillies beside them for reference.
Sprinkle over pizza, pasta, noodles and eggs, or mix into sauces, marinades and chilli oil. Suits restaurants, cafés, pizzerias, food stalls, caterers and grocers.
