AlSultanFood Raw Pistachio Kernels are fully shelled pistachios imported from the United States. Nothing is added — just green-gold pistachio kernels in their natural state.
Because they’re not roasted, they taste mild and slightly sweet, with a softer bite than roasted pistachios. And there’s no shelling one by one.
Raw pistachio kernels are a favourite for cakes, festive cookies, kunafa, baklava, ice cream and dessert toppings. You can also toast them at home or simply snack on them as they are.
Packed in a clear screw-top jar, from 150g up to 1kg. Store somewhere cool and dry, or in the fridge after opening if you won’t use them quickly.
Clean, halal and delivered across Malaysia. Contains tree nuts (pistachios) and is not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

Yes. Since they’re shelled and unsalted, they’re easy to chop or grind for kunafa, cakes, cookies and dessert toppings.
Keep them somewhere cool and dry in a tightly closed jar. If you’ll take a while to finish them, use the fridge. Check the expiry date on the pack.
